We capture the show once the build is complete and turn it into a walk through aisles and booths, with points for each exhibitor and a link to share and embed after the event.

How a trade show is digitised

Capture happens in an agreed window, with the build complete and, ideally, no visitors on the floor.

Capture window

We agree a slot with the organiser once the build is done: before opening or at close.
Venue capture

Aisles and booths are recorded as a navigable tour. Each build is a separate capture.
Content per booth

Each exhibitor provides their content (profile, video, link, catalogue), which is placed on their booth inside the tour.
Publishing

It is shared by link and embedded on the organiser’s and exhibitors’ websites, while hosting is active.

What we deliver, and what we don’t

We deliver the material of the space: a tour that lets people understand the layout visually. We don’t organise or produce events, it isn’t a set-up plan or a regulatory measurement, and what happens inside the tour isn’t measured from our site. To stay available online, the experience requires active hosting; its terms are set in each proposal.
