3D Virtual Tours & Digital Twins
The base for recording progress and the real layout of the site.
A navigable record of the site's progress at every stage, available for the client, the technical team, and investors to check from wherever they are.
Greenvale Elementary Main Level
Tracking the project starts before the first site visit.
A construction project runs for months and involves participants with different responsibilities: the builder, the technical team, the client, and, depending on the project, investors or a sales team. They're not always on site at the same time, and each one needs a clear reference of the project's status to make decisions.
No shared reference. Each participant forms their own idea of progress from scattered photos, calls, and reports, with no shared reference point.
What stops being visible. Some conditions stop being visible as the work progresses: what ends up behind a wall or above a ceiling is only preserved if someone captured it beforehand.
Material that doesn't work for presenting. By the time it's time to hand over or market the project, the material on hand is progress photography — useful for tracking, not for presenting the result.
A project doesn't need the same kind of record at every stage, and that's where we combine different capabilities. During construction, staged documentation leaves a navigable reference of the project's status at each captured moment, which participants check from wherever they are.
Once finished, capturing the completed spaces serves both the handover and showing the result to those who weren't there. From the air you see what you can't on foot: how the project relates to its surroundings, and how the exterior evolves over time.
The result accompanies every stage of the project.
Staged documentation during construction, walkthroughs when finished, and an aerial view of the site.
The base for recording progress and the real layout of the site.
Technical documentation of progress, useful for site logs or financing.
When the site, access, or the project scale add to the picture.
We combine staged documentation, walkthroughs of finished spaces, and aerial views, depending on what each stage of the project needs.

while it's being marketed.
We don't perform technical inspection, quality control, certified surveys, or engineering services: the material complements the work of the project's professionals, it doesn't replace it.
Every project has its own critical moments. Tell us what stage it's at and what you need to show, and we'll propose what to capture and when.
