The space
A beach house in Puerto Viejo de Talamanca, on the Caribbean coast of Limón, together with its garden. It is a private residence and is presented without identifying it.
The work
Virtual Space CR captured the house and the garden, and produced a navigable 3D tour of both. Aerial photography and drone video were added to it, placing the property within its surroundings and showing the whole of it from above.
Schematic floor plans were also derived from the same work.
The material was prepared so the owners could add it to their own website and present the property remotely, letting anyone considering a stay understand the layout and the areas before arriving.
