The space
BAC Park by 10cio is a BMX freestyle park in Jacó, driven by Olympic rider Kenneth Tencio and opened in June 2023. It covers around 900 square metres of roofed circuit, with ramps built to competition dimensions, modules for different skill levels and a foam pit for practising aerial tricks. Beyond BMX, the circuit is also used for skateboarding, scooter and parkour.
The work
Virtual Space CR captured the entire park in 3D —the full circuit, not a selection of areas—. It yielded a navigable tour, available online without being in Jacó.
Interactive points were added on top of that tour. The purpose was a practical one: showing the park to Kenneth's peers, being able to share it, and having material available for social media.
